QA Engineer
(Singapore)  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the company is in place.
• Co-ordinate with the process owner to establish the TQM with regards to customer complaints, feedback or quality issues.

• Manage day to day internal quality issues and non-conformity disposition

• Review, coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare, review and implement quality assurance plans, inspection test plans and other operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications and customers' requirements

• Responsible for the maintenance and update of Quality Documentation Procedures

• Plan and prepare for Internal Audits. Follow-up on Audit findings till closure

• Conduct regular internal quality/ process audits at manufacturing processes/ workshops to assess system effectiveness

• QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.

• Be the key staff to support & participate in corporate initiatives & programs  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

•  At least 2 year of working experience in manufacturing with QA function.

• Must have knowledge of Quality & Environmental system (e.g. ISO9001 / ISO14001)

• Knowledge in Statistical Quality / Process Control.

• Able to work independently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skill.

• Conversant in English and Mandarin
