OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Overall Management of providing after sales support (hotline and onsite support) and tasks of System Engineers for both ongoing projects and ‘live’ customers
- Manage a team of Support Consultants and System Engineers
- Manage and meet the Service Level Agreement with various clients
- Manage escalation to principal vendor and customers’ executive level
- Manage customer’s expectation and able to execute Change Request for additional services required
- Ability to provide hands on support and guidance to team members
Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in managing operations, preferably in applications like ERP, CRM.
- Resourceful, disciplined and strong interpersonal skills in managing both customers and internal team members.
- Ability to multitask, control support scope and manage change order request
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
SUPPORT CONSULTANT
Responsibilities
- Provide Hotline/Email assistance to client enquiry on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MOSS and other implemented projects by the company.
- Perform enhancement and customization to the existing programs.
- Perform development for Change Request.
- Perform program deployment at client site.
- Perform primary investigation and support tasks and work closely with customers to resolve issues reported within the stipulated time.
- Support from office and onsite.
- Update support system and generate monthly reports.
- Perform system health checks for Client servers.
- Apply recommended update and patches for implemented software.
- Consistently document customer cases in a case tracking tool
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years support experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in supporting C#.NET applications.
- Hands on experience in administering Microsoft Servers.
- Experience in plug-in development using Visual Studio is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in IIS, AD, DC, DNS and MS Exchange.
- Willingness to work on shift and weekends.
- Self motivated, independent and reliable.
- Can work independently and a team player.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good PR skills.
