The incumbent would be the:
- HR business partner for Worldwide Sales & Marketing - work closely with the Sales & Marketing global executives on all people-related strategies, and support them with effective and efficient HR solutions.
- Site HR responsibility for Europe, Japan and Hongkong — ensure the management of all aspects of HR in Compensation & Benefits, Training, Organisation and Management Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Retention and Engagement, SOX/Labour Law Compliance, HR operations and administration, Coaching and Counselling, etc.
Responsibilities
Management of:
· The development and implementation of required HR solutions to the business
· HR related cost budgets of the business
Reporting & Communication:
· Ensures that all corporate HR reporting and communication requirements are met
Develop Policy & Strategy:
· Definition, implementation and monitoring of an appropriate HR strategy in line with business strategy
Drive:
· Development and implementation of required HR solutions to the business.
· In particular core management and HR processes such as, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation and benefits including Reward and Recognition Programs.
· Strategic/operational business change (HR) processes
Participates in:
· Coaching of management staff (as trusted coach/consultant)
· Regional/global HR projects
· Strategic business planning (AOP)
Manage Performance:
· Performance of all key responsibilities by direct report staff
· Performance appraisals of direct reports
· Recruitment of staff
· Career development of direct reports
Coaching of:
Direct reports as they execute their key responsibilities
Requirements:
· · University Degree or similar education
· · Formal HR qualification is an advantage
· · 12-15 years’ of HR experience, preferably with at least 3-5 years of global or Asia Pacific focus.
· · HR business partnership experience in a sales and marketing environment is preferred
