LEGAL COUNSEL

(Contracts & Commercial Specialist)

The Job:

·         Draft, review negotiate contracts and legal/commercial documents

·         Oversee timely update/maintenance of contracts and track for renewal

·         Oversee risk assessment before entering into agreement/contracts, and serve as a secondary legal advisor on all contracts and legal/commercial documents

·         Advise irregularities that are not in compliance with the Corporate office’s ethics of practice and implementation

·         Assist the Company Secretary on compliance matters

The Person:

·         Law Degree / LLB qualification and called to the Singapore Bar

·         At least 3 years of relevant experience as in-house Legal Counsel, preferably from  semiconductors, hi-tech, electronics organizations; MNCs and/or listed Companies

·         Meticulous, resourceful and independent with strong analytical skills

·         Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

This position reports to the HOD of Legal.  An attractive remuneration package that commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
