| Our client is an US-base leading MNC in IT/Consumer Electronics industry that designs and manufactures hard disk drive. As part of their expansion plan in regional Sales & Marketing Office, they are looking for a part-time Channel Marketing Administrator to assist and support the team for admin functions. The initial contract period is 6 months, extendable, possible to convert to permanent.
Job type: Part-Time (contractual, extendable)
Working hours: flexiable part-time, 3 full days (9am - 6pm) or 5 half days (4 hrs)
Hourly Rate: $9/hr
Working location: Tampines
Job Description:
- Assist marketing team with APAC MDF budget in the company system ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Generate PA#s and disseminate to partners and suppliers.
- Process/track claims and ensure department bills are paid in a timely manner.
- Marketing collateral inventory support. Manage warehouse and marketing store room to maintain sufficient store of necessary collateral and delivery of marketing collateral.
- Provide other ad hoc administrative support ex: Arranging shipment or delivery duties to APAC countries including coordination on ordering of dummy units via Oracle and point of purchase material.
Requirements:
- Related administrative and marketing experience is preferred
- Good follow-up skills and meticulous in work
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle confidential information of highest level
